Q: Can you match my cars paint color?
A: Today’s modern factory finishes incorporate multiple coats of highly specialized paint. We have made a major investment in the finest computerized paint mixing system available and constantly upgrade our equipment and database to ensure that each vehicle we paint matches the factory original color. Rest assured we work diligently and exclusively with top quality materials to ensure your vehicle looks as good as new.
 
Q: Can you give me a ballpark estimate over the phone?
A: Yes, however every accident is different. The amount of damage your car suffers from an accident varies from vehicle to vehicle. We can provide a ballpark estimate if you are able to email or text us pictures of your vehicle.
 
Q: Which insurance companies do you work with?
A: We happily accept all insurance carriers.
 
Q: Who do I pay my deductible to?
A: You will need to pay your deductible to the shop directly when you pick up your vehicle. Your insurance company does not collect your deductible payment.
 
Q: Will you fix my car if it is not going through an insurance company?
A: Yes, we do handle out of pocket repairs not involving insurance companies as well. It’s completely up to you, whatever works best and is most convenient for you.
 
Q: What if the person that hit me wants to pay for the repairs?
A: Stop by or our facility or send us pictures and we will write you an estimate. You present it to the other party, they may come in a pay for your repairs directly, or give you the payment for repairs. Third party repairs should be paid in advance, so that way you don’t get stuck with the repair bill when your car is complete.
 
Q: How long will my repair take?
A: The only way to give you an estimated time of how long your car will take to complete, is for us to see your vehicle. Then one of our appointed service advisors can provide you with an estimate of the time it would take to repair it. In addition there are various options of repair processes we offer to ensure you are back on the road in little to no time.
 
Q: Is there anything that may delay a repair
A: Things that could delay your repairs are special order backordered parts. In an insurance case, additional hidden damage that was not seen during an initial inspection, which will need to be identified, estimated and approved.
 
Q: What if I don’t have rental coverage on my policy? Or if this is going to be an out of pocket repair, what will I drive while my car is in the shop?
A: We work directly with Enterprise and can get our customers discounted rates on a rental.
 
Q: Can someone pick me up and drop me off?
A: Yes, we will be happy to provide this service to you. If you need a ride home from the shop or to be picked up once your car is ready, just give us a call.
 
Q: Do you offer free estimates?
A: Yes, we can set you up with an appointment to bring your car in for a written estimate, or you have the option of send us pictures to our email; info@kingcollisioncenter.com
 
Q: Are you able to tow my car?
A: Yes, we offer a 24 hour emergency tow service, so you are never left stranded!
 
Q: What kind of warranty do you provide?
A: King Collision Center provides a lifetime warranty on collision repairs and refinishing.
